Notes on prices
Prices are all-inclusive. There are no additional charges. For payment in euros, the Owners’ Direct exchange rate will apply.
Changeover day
The preferred change-over day is Saturday, but this is very flexible. Where cleaning is necessary between bookings, guests will need to check out by 10.00 and check in after 2p.m. |
Booking notes
A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. Should the booking be made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the full amount will be payable. In the case of cancellation, the amount payable will depend on whether we manage to re-rent the apartment. 30% is non-refundable; of the remaining 70%, we will refund as much as we recoup with replacement booking. We always advise guests to take out travel insurance.
Payment should be made in pounds or euros. |
